07-09-2025even giving 1 star is being generous rn cause i ordered this dress they sent me anthr dress and when i called their help center they said they'd exchange they kept saying they'd but they never did. no response nothing. just irresponsible. terrible customer service mind you it's their fault for sending me the wrong product instead of being responsible and exchanging my dress instead decided to just not respond ?
